Staff Sgt. Joel Turner, an Anderson, S.C. native and competitive shooting Soldier with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, fires his pistol during the 2017 U.S. Practical Shooting Association Multi-Gun Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 15. After the three-day competition that included 14 different stages and 79 other competitors, Turner clenched the second place title in the Open Division.
