Staff Sgt. Joshua L. Nolan, a military police Soldier assigned to the West Virginia Army National Guard’s 77th Brigade Troop Command manages radio traffic for the Joint Task Force at Glen Jean, W.Va., National Guard Armory during the National Jamboree on July 17, 2017. More than 30,000 Scouts, troop leaders, volunteers and professional staff members, as well as more than 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the 2017 National Jamboree.
