Description: Mission Pilot Don McMonagle in the flight deck pilot's seat performing a fuel cell on-orbit shutdown/restart exercise. The shutdown/restart is development test objective (DTO 412) to determine the difficulty or problems associated with shutting down or restarting a fuel cell in orbit. Photos show the open procedures manual and McMonagle actually turning the fuel cell switches to the ``off`` position.
