The US Navy (USN) Los Angeles Class Attack Submarine USS ALEXANDRIA (SSN 757), gets assistance from a commercial tugboat, while conducting mooring operations after arriving in port at Goa, India, during Exercise MALABAR 04. The Exercise includes maritime interdiction, air events, surface and sub-surface events, and personnel exchanges, and is designed to increase interoperability between the two navies while enhancing the cooperative security relationship between India and the United States
