U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Trailson Moore, a Black Hawk pilot assigned to the Military Medical Response Force (MMRF), leads a site survey to assess resource allocation for the COVID-19 pandemic response, in Eastern Tennessee, April 14.
