Summary
Two F/A-18Es from the "Eagles" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 115 fly over the U.S. Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) during the VFA 115 change of command ceremony. George Washington and it's embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, are currently participating in exercise Talisman Saber 2013. Talisman Saber is a biennial training event aimed at improving Australian Defence Force and U.S. combat readiness and interoperability as a Combined Joint Task Force.
