Tyrell Hargrove, a registered nurse with the 166th Medical Group, Delaware Air National Guard, volunteers to have a makeshift arm harness placed on his arm for training purposes during the Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support course taught by Chatham Emergency Services (EMS) instructors May 17, 2018, at the Chatham EMS Training Center in Savannah, Georgia.
