Shamar Jones, recovery noncommissioned officer, attached to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) participates in a recovery mission in Quang Binh Province, Vietnam, Nov. 22, 2019. For two months DPAA personnel and augmentees executed excavation operations in hopes of finding missing U.S. service members lost during the Vietnam War.
