US Air Force (USAF) members of the Tanker Airlift Control Element (TALCE) off-load medical supplies from the first civilian aircraft to land on the commercial runway at Baghdad International Airport (BIAP). The aircraft brought in several International Red Cross members and medical supplies, making them the first Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to arrive at BIAP since the commercial runway opened yesterday. BIAP is a primary base of operations for US military personnel, cargo and humanitarian airlift for Operation IRAQI FREEDOM
