U.S. Army Pfc. Clayton Moore, a Black Hawk repair crew chief with the South Carolina Army National Guard conducts preventative maintenance on the tail rotor of a UH-60 A+ Black Hawk, Oct. 5, 2015, at McEntire Joint National Guard Base. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
