Summary
U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Lance Soderling provides security outside the Narang Girl's School as members of the civil affairs team speak to locals July 26, 2012. Provincial Reconstruction Team Kunar visited the school to check on the status of construction and to ensure previous faults had been corrected, and to conduct atmospherics with locals in the area. The PRT is made up of U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and civilians who work alongside local government officials to reconnect the people of Afghanistan with their government. Soderling is a member of the PRT cvil affairs team, and is deployed out of San Diego, Calif.
