U.S. Army soldiers from Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment from Fort Meyer, Va., take cover while acting as opposing forces for the U.S. Army, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, and the U.K. Army, 16 Air Assault Brigade at Fort Bragg, N.C., April 18, 2015, as part of the Combined Joint Operational Access Exercise 15-01. CJOAX 15-01 is an 82nd Airborne Division-led bilateral training event at Fort Bragg, N.C., from April 13-19, 2015. This is the largest exercise of its kind held at Fort Bragg in nearly 20 years and demonstrates interoperability between U.S. and U.K. Army soldiers in addition to U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Royal Air Force airmen.
