The East Clinic is 75% complete with the crew there installing electrical lights and ceiling tiles. At the West Clinic, floor tiles are being set in place. At both clinics, final grade around the structures is being worked. The $3 million contract was awarded July 7, 2004, with an expected completion date of Aug. 25, 2005.
