U.S. Army Spc. Michael Landers, security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, clears the chamber of his M-4 carbine upon returning to FOB Farah after completing a mission to observe students of the Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) in Farah City, April 2. The JSSP is a 40-day rule of law course for judges, prosecutors, police and private attorneys designed to build capacity in order to deliver increased justice services to the people of Farah. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province Afghanistan.
