U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Heath Todd, 1-178th Field Artillery, South Carolina Army National Guard, serves food that was donated by a local business to fellow guardsmen Oct. 9, 2015, at the Georgetown, S.C., armory. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
