Berger bid farewell and passed on his thanks to the regimental headquarters, before receiving a final brief on the state of the battlespace from Col. Roger B. Turner Jr., the commanding officer of RCT-5, and his staff. Berger also toured the base and viewed a demonstration of the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, armed by Marines of 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment.
