U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Jonathan Hernandez, the exercise support staff noncommissioned officer in charge with U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South, ensures all plaques are ready to be presented during the closing ceremony of Phase II of Exercise Tradewinds 2017 in Chaguaramas, Trinidad and Tobago, June 17, 2017.
