U.S. Marines stand in formation with members of the Indian military during exercise Tiger TRIUMPH aboard the INS Jalashwa (L41), India, Nov. 17, 2019. U.S. Marines, currently attached to 3rd Marine Division, had the opportunity to embark on the Jalashwa during the Sea Phase of the exercise. Tiger TRIUMPH improves the U.S.-Indian partnership, readiness and working together. It gives the U.S. Marine Corps and Indian forces the opportunity to work together, exchange knowledge and learn from each other on a range of military operations such as humanitarian assistance disaster relief and amphibious operations.
