U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Europe 19.1
Summary
U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Europe 19.1 (MRF-E) conduct a battle study with U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Andrew Del Gaudio and Norwegian Army Lt. Col. Per-Erik Bjoernstadbraaten in the vicinity of Narvik, Norway, Nov. 10, 2018. The training allowed the Marines to study Norwegian history and the tactics of battles from 1940 by observing the terrain and learning about cold-weather warfighting adaptations from that time.
