U.S. Marines with the aviation element of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command depart Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, aboard two CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters after their mission came to an end Nov. 15, 2016. U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command participated in engineering projects, security cooperation and disaster relief preparation in Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.
