U.S. Marines with the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command and Colombian Marines help unload water purification equipment on Base de Entrenamiento de Infanteria de Marina, Coveñas, Colombia, Sept. 27, 2019. A water purification site is used to supply fresh potable water to disaster areas.
