U.S. Navy Sailors and Marines, assigned to the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), conduct a beach clean up for a community relations event at Icarai Beach with Brazilian sailors and marines in support of UNITAS LX (60) in Rio de Janeiro, Aug. 21, 2019.
