KEY WEST, Fla. - Rear Adm. Bill Baumgartner, 7th Coast Guard District commander, Frank Repinski, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) immigration services officer, and Linda Swacina, USCIS Miami and Caribbean District director, applaud at the conclusion of the Oath of Allegiance during a USCIS naturalization ceremony aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Pea Island in Key West Dec. 9, 2011.
