The guided missile destroyer Admiral Tributs (564), background, approaches alongside the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Guadalupe (T-AO 200), right, and the guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) as they conduct an underway replenishment in the Arabian Sea Feb. 19, 2012. Halsey, the flagship assigned to Combined Task Force 151, a multinational, mission-based task force working under Combined Maritime Forces, is performing counter-piracy operations in the southern Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Somali Basin, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean.
