A profile view of a Vietnam War era F-4 Phantom on its way back to Holloman AFB after being painted at the Air National Guard, military aircraft paint facility at Sioux City, Iowa. The F-4, used by both the Air Force and the Navy during the 1960's through the 1990's is a two seat twin engine, fighter-bomber that was used primarily to provide close air support and later used as aerial reconnaissance and as part of the Wild Weasel radar destroying missions.
