140th Wing Maintenance Group Commander Col. Mitchell

140th Wing Maintenance Group Commander Col. Mitchell A. Neff (right) introduces members of the maintenance section to the Director of the Air National Guard, Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, during his visit to the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley Air Force Base. The purpose of the visit was for General Rice to gain a better understanding of the 140th Wing's capabilities as well as to communicate with Airmen throughout the organization.  He was accompanied by his wife Nancy, who engaged in discussion with support agency members and spouses during their visit.
