GULF OF OMAN (May 25, 2015) - Sailors join together for a prayer at midships prior to participating in the 2015 "Murph" challenge aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99). The "Murph" challenge is named after Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Michael Murphy and consists of his personal workout: completing a two-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups and 300 squats with a 25-pound vest in the fastest time possible.
