YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Mar. 31, 2016) - Builder Constructionman Carlos Lopez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 helps a student at the Won Yang Elementary School in Yokjido Island, Republic of Korea, rehearse a part for her school play, Mar. 31. Seabees of NMCB 4 have taken this opportunity during Exercise Foal Eagle to teach Republic of Korea children how to read, write and speak proper english. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands. Approximately 10,600 U.S. forces will participate in the exercise, with ROK forces from major ROK units representing all services also participating.
