160719-M-KK554-050 ZEELIM TRAINING FACILITY, Israel (July 19, 2016) Marines from Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), carry a simulated casualty for a mass casualty exercise July 19 during Noble Shirley 16, a bilateral training exercise with the Israel Defense Forces. 22nd MEU, deployed with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
