Bill Moran delivers a speech at the National Naval Officers Association’s (NNOA) 2016 Professional Development and Training Conference in Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Moran spoke on the importance of diversity and inclusion to Navy leaders and held a Q&A session.
