160804-N-CV785-117 KUANTAN, Malaysia (Aug. 8, 2016) U.S. Navy Seabee Steelworker 3rd Class Joshua Kopit uses the nail gun on framework during a renovation of Tabika Kemas Felda Bukit Kindergarten, as part of Pacific Partnership 2016. U.S. Navy Seabees and Malaysian Army engineering and transport personnel renovated the kindergarten over the period of 2-13 August, installing walls, ceilings and beautifying the environment for the students. This is the first time Pacific Partnership has visited Malaysia. During the mission stop partner nations work side-by-side with local military and civilian organizations in a search and rescue exercise, civil engineering projects, community relation events and subject matter expert exchanges.
