160818-N-WI365-057 (August 18, 2016) USAG KWAJALEIN ATOLL – U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Chris Kratsas, a master diver assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency who is also the acting diving supervisor, monitors the dive clock as the first set of divers investigate a seaplane wreck site in the waters of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. For those killed-in-action, the accounting community is charged with locating, recovering and identifying their remains.
