161021-N-QV906-102 PORT VILA, Vanuatu--U.S. Marines traverse a ladderwell from the forward helicopter deck aboard maritime preposition force ship USNS Pililaau (T-AKR 304) to a transition barge in order to embark maritime prepositioning force utility boat 7 to travel ashore in Port Vila, Vanuatu, during KOA MOANA 16-4, Oct. 21.
