CORAL SEA (June 25, 2017) Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) conduct helicopter rope suspension technique training from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Island Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 onto the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). The ship and its expeditionary strike group are operating in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to enhance partnerships and be a ready-response for any type of contingency.
