BAY OF BENGAL (Oct. 31, 2017) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83) prepares to pull alongside the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) to conduct a replenishment-at-sea.
