190925-N-BM428-0354 PLYMOUTH, England (Sept. 25, 2019) Stretcher bearers move a simulated medical casualty on to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) during a force protection drill as part of Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST), Sept. 25, 2019. FOST is a three-week exercise led by the Royal Navy that tests the ship’s warfighting ability. Donald Cook, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its ninth patrol in the U.S. 6th fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
