191007-N-NU281-1045 PEARL HARBOR (Oct. 7, 2019) Sailors warm up for new physical readiness test (PRT) events as part of Navy PRT Evaluation Phase II. Throughout the week, groups of volunteers will perform exercises such as push-ups, planks, 2k row, upright bike and 1.5 mile run. This is the first of four planned evaluations around the fleet designed to set new performance standards and metrics for future physical readiness tests.
