200127-N-OE749-0007 KILEEN, Texas (January 27, 2020) Joint Task Force Civil Support Operations Director U.S. Army Col. Christopher Caldwell briefs members of the Joint Operation Center as part of Exercise Sudden Response 20. Military units comprising the Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DCRF) are participating in the exercise, which is taking place in Killeen, Austin and Ft. Hood, Texas, from Jan. 24-29. As part of the exercise, teams are rehearsing force and equipment employment, life-saving operations and web-based command and control collaborative tools to ensure their ability to execute Defense Support of Civil Authority missions.
