A Marine Corps CH-53K King Stallion helicopter with Air Test and Evaluation (HX) Squadron 21 of Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, lands at Naval Air Station Key West's Boca Chica Field. HX-21 -- whose mission is to execute developmental flight test and evaluation of rotary-wing and tilt-rotor aircraft, and their associated airborne systems -- is here to conduct instrument training. Naval Air Station Key West is the state-of-the-art facility for combat fighter aircraft of all military services, provides world-class pierside support to U.S. and foreign naval vessels, and is the premier training center for surface and subsurface military operations.
