A 138th Fighter Wing F-16 Fighting Falcon, from Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla., completes a basic surface attack scenario at Smoky Hill Air National Guard Range in Salina, Kan., Dec. 12, 2017. Members of the 146th Air Support Operations Squadron in Oklahoma City organized the training event between Estonian tactical air control party specialists and the 138 FW.
