A U.S Army Diver assigned to 7th Dive Detachment enters the water during an underwater recovery operation off the coast of Hoang Mai, Vietnam, June 18, 2018. The recovery effort was conducted by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) to locate U.S. service members who went missing during the Vietnam War. DPAA conducts global search, recovery and laboratory operations to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
