Summary
ABOARD THE USCGC EAGLE--(July 14, 2006) Members of the Coast Guard Academy Class of 2009 work main mast lines this morning as the Eagle sets sails following her departure from Port Everglades, Fla. The Eagle had to make an unscheduled port call in Florida to repair its refrigerator system, but it is now en route to her scheduled visit to Charleston, S.C., beginning on July 20. The Eagle, America's Tall Ship, is homeported at the Academy in New London, Conn., and during the summer acts as a training platform for future Coast Guard officers. U.S. Coast Guard
