U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Phil Walsh from the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown-Warren Air Reserve Station, Ohio, checks the satellite signal on a aircraft tracking device at Stennis International Airport in Kiln, Miss., before installing it on a chemical dispersing C-130 May 10, 2010. Members of the 910th Airlift Wing were in Mississippi to assist with response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
