Airmen from the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron prepare to place blockades around the 28th Bomb Wing Headquarters Building at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Oct. 16, 2019. The blockades were placed prior to the base’s participation in Global Thunder 20.
