Shahen and three of her classmates and a faculty member from FIU, volunteered and assisted Army medical personnel administer free medical care as a means of broadening their horizons. BTH 2017 is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored, Army South-led exercise designed to provide humanitarian and engineering services to communities in need, demonstrating U.S. support for Belize. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service.
