An Afghan Air Force C-208 pilots perform preflight

An Afghan Air Force C-208 pilots perform preflight checks of his aircraft controls Aug. 8, 2017, at Kabul Air Wing, Afghanistan. Recently, the maintainers accomplished an annual maintenance phase inspection within six weeks, meeting operational time standards and returning the aircraft to service. In the past, this type of maintenance inspection was led by advisors and contract personnel.
