An aircraft from the Regional Security System approaches

An aircraft from the Regional Security System approaches Tapion Rock in Port Castries while a maritime police vessel from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines returns to its berth in Saint Lucia after counter-drug exercises during Tradewinds 2013. The aircraft was overhead in an attempt to determine which arrangement of suspect vessels was most likely to be exchanging contraband. Tradewinds is a joint and combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
