An Iraqi citizen paints a median on a street in the Saha community of the Rashid District in southern Baghdad, Jan. 17, as part of clean-up efforts by local community leaders. Soldiers of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, assisted Iraqi security forces by providing security for the Iraqi neighborhood council and community leaders who hired Iraqi citizens to beautify their neighborhoods and communities, painting and repairing streets and picking up trash and debris during the month of January.
