An Iraqi soldier assigned to the Nineveh Operations Command (NOC) provides security for the simulated search of a subject during Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) training at Camp Taji, Iraq, Jan. 24, 2016. LOAC training educates NOC soldiers on the rules of engagement in their continuous fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
