An Oshkosh snow removal vehicle assigned to the 174th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard in Syracuse, N.Y., is prepared to deploy to Erie County, N.Y., Nov. 19, 2014, in support of Operation Lake Effect. New York Gov.
